Rule 6.4.1 previously stated:
6.4.1 Accumulating Stats with Ineligible Players If a player has accumulated stats on the scoring website whilst they are not legitimately on your Proboards roster (including unprotected arbitration eligible players, illegally protected players, or players acquired via trade before it has been fully approved) you will be given a loss in any category impacted by ineligible players. If the same player accumulates stats in multiple matchups (whilst continuously being ineligible for the same reason) then losses will only be applied in the first and last matchups where he is identified as having had any impact on any category. For example: if you play an ineligible player in your active lineup for one day and they go 0-1 with a Run (but no HR, RBI or SB) then you will automatically forfeit R and AVG for that matchup. HR, RBI and SB (as well as the pitching categories) will continue to be contested as normal.

The following rule has been added (with changes to other numbers in the rules to accommodate the addition):
2.11 Proboards Roster Updates The result of any trade, retirement or free agent auction must be reflected upon Proboards roster pages within 14 days of the final TC approval or the auction's end. Once the roster page has been updated, the updating owner(s) must post confirmation within the trade or free agent thread that the roster update has been performed. It will be assumed that Proboards rosters will be updated at the same time as a posting to protect or unprotect an arbitration eligible player, so no other confirmation of that roster update is required.

Rule 5.2 previously stated:
5.2 Free Agency Rounds There will be multiple rounds of Free Agency, with players being auctioned off in groups according to their position. The group in which a player with multi-positional eligibility is placed will be solely determined at the discretion of the Commissioner. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that any player they bid on will have qualified for the eligibility they expect/desire in the coming season, and the Commissioner takes no responsibility for any inaccuracies in group placement. Once the free agency period has begun, any identified player eligible for free agency but not yet listed in a free agency group will be added to the 'Previously Unlisted Free Agents' group.

The following rule has been added (with changes to other numbers in the rules to accommodate the addition):
6.10 Failure to Meet the Roster Page Creation Deadline Any owner who fails to post a new season's roster page by the specified deadline will have their salary cap for the following year lowered by $1.0. For each subsequent three days past the deadline that a new roster page has not been posted, the salary cap for the following year will be reduced by a further $0.5. If, in the view of the commissioner, an owner posts an obviously incomplete or inaccurate new roster page simply to meet the deadline then that owner will be penalised as if they had missed the deadline, and will continue to be penalised until a roster page of suitable accuracy has been posted.

The following rule has been added (with changes to other numbers in the rules to accommodate the addition):
3.5.2 Two-way players At the point of calculating arb salaries, any player identified by the scoring website as both a pitcher (SP or RP) and a hitter (UT or any other position) will be a 'two-way' player for the purposes of calculating arbitration salaries. Player rater category scores (and therefore their overall player rater scores) for two-way players will be estimated by the commissioner if they are not explicitly shown on the ESPN player rater itself. Where a two-way player simultaneously achieves positive (0.01 or higher) player rater scores when summing the 5 hitting categories and when summing the 5 pitching categories, their overall player rater score will be calculated to be 100% of the higher value plus 75% of the lower value - regardless of which value relates to hitting performance and which to pitching performance. Where a two-way player fails to achieve a positive player rater score in either the hitting or the pitching sums (or both), that aspect of their player rater contribution as a two-way player will simply count as a zero when calculating their total player rater score.

3.5.1 Salaries for 4th - 6th year players Salaries for 4th-6th year players are calculated using a percentage of that player's value from the previous season, as determined by our customised ESPN Player Rater scoring (see rule 2.6). Fourth year (4th) = 50% of ESPN's overall player rater value Fifth year (5th) = 75% of ESPN's overall player rater value Sixth year (6th) = 100% of ESPN's overall player rater value Any 4th-6th year salaries calculated to return a salary including two or more decimal places will be rounded to the nearest $0.1. Rule 4.9 previously stated:
4.9 TC Voting on Agreed Trades TC members will be required to vote on each agreed trade in a timely manner. They must assess the trade for compliance with the rules before voting to approve or veto the trade. Any veto must be accompanied by a simple explanation or rationale. While the explanation does not have to be lengthy, it should give some sort of concise argument so that the owners involved will have a clear understanding of why the trade was vetoed. TC members may not vote on their own trades. Only when the trade has been approved by TC can roster changes be made (refer to rule section 6.4 to see the penalties for accumulating stats with ineligible players).

Rule 6.3.1 previously stated:
6.3.1 Exceeding the Salary Cap Exceeding the salary cap will result in incremental penalties depending on the owner's number of infractions in the past 365 days: 1st time - warning from Commissioner 2nd time - $1.0 lowered salary cap for following year 3rd time - $5.0 lowered salary cap for following year 4th time - kicked out of league Once being identified as having exceeded the salary cap, the owner will have 7 days to post transactions (including trades which must be approved) to return below the limit before incurring a further penalty. If, upon calculation of a new season's arbitration salaries/roster, a team is over their cap limit there will be no immediate penalty. Any team over cap in this fashion will be unable to bid on free agents or protect any unprotected players, and any trades they make must see them reducing their overall salary obligations. Any team over the cap limit after the calculation of their new season's roster may without penalty pick up any options available to them despite this adding to their deficit. If the team remains over their cap limit into opening day then normal penalties will then apply.
