Early division leaders: - Yankees - Twins - Rangers - Braves - Pirates / Cardinals - Padres
Notes: - No teams achieved a 10-0 win this week. The widest margin of victory was 8-2-0. which was achieved by the Astros, Guardians and Cardinals. - Three teams who finished in the bottom two of their division in 2023 - Yankees (last), Pirates (4th) and Twins (4th) lead their divisions after two weeks. - Last season's World Series participants so far combine for only one matchup win to start the year. - Continuing the theme from the first week, Cardinals again handily led the field in IP and K. They fell just 3 strikeouts short of joining the matchup recordbooks and look likely to threaten that category regularly if this trend continues. - The Mets scraped past the IP minimum with 11 IP, but did so without allowing a run this week. With 'clean' ERAs on our leaderboard ranked by most innings pitched, they failed to join the recordbook by just 0.2 IP. Their 0.636 WHIP also only narrowly failed to join our records. - All teams met the AB and IP minimums for scoring.
Records achieved this week: - Stolen bases: Brewers (12) joined what is now a 6-way tie for 5th

Fun matchup with the Braves this past week. At various points on Sunday I led 7-3 or was losing 7-3. We tied two categories and two more were decided by 1 K and 4/100ths of a point of WHIP. Could not have been much closer.
