$9 ($6 w/ 30% hometown discount) edit - that should be $.9 ($.6 w/ 30% hometown discount) Hi all, Travis PM'ed me to indicate that he had made a typing error in this auction thread and edited his bid post to correct it. Editing bids should be avoided at all costs. Penalties around this (described in 6.7) are strong. As per rule 5.6: If you discover an error in your bid then you should enter a follow-up post, explaining your error and confirming your correct bid. Both posts will remain as a complete record of the auction. If in doubt, please feel free to PM me. I will nearly always pick this up quickly, and I will treat it when I read it as if the timing were from when it was sent. Swift action is best action - an immediate correction post or PM to me will always stand the best chance of corrective and lenient action being taken. Taking extra care during FA bidding is always recommended. In an odd circumstance such as this - where the bid was clearly a typo, and it is spotted immediately - I think everyone would agree to leniency and not attempt to enforce the initial typo - despite rule 5.6 also stating that all bids are final. This could be done by immediately posting the correction (as a separate post), or by contacting me by PM. There will be no penalty in this circumstance and the amended $0.9/$0.6 bid will remain as leading (from the time it was posted), but could I please ask that everyone refrain from editing FA bids as this removes our audit trail and makes it incredibly difficult to see what happened and can affect our ability to make fully-informed decisions on what went on. Thanks, Stephen
