Please answer the following questions:
Short questions:
1. What is your age?
38
2. What is your general location?
Wisconsin
3. What is your favorite MLB team?
Brewers
4. How did you find this league?
Through Rotoworld forums
5. What is your e-mail address?
ringb39@yahoo.com
Medium Questions:
1. What experience do you have playing fantasy baseball?
I've been playing online for 16 years, fantasy overall for 18
2. How often will you be available to be contacted by fellow owners in this league?
whenever I'm awake
3. What kind of team would you be willing to take? (One that can compete immediately, soon, or a long term project?)
Since I'm applying for the brewers, I'm comfortable with a project. I can generally come up with some sort of plan for any situation, whether I need to fix something to compete tomorrow or slow and steadily fill gaps in the roster over a couple seasons.
Longer questions:
1. This is a league with 30 teams in it, and as such it can be expected that there will be a rather large number of teams that will not contend every season. Would you be ok with building for the future? Do you need to always be in competition in order to remain interested in the league?
Nope, I've generally taken over stranded rosters and built through trades and draft (I know there's not one) to get these rosters competitive. I'm very comfortable with that scenario.
2. Is there any other information you think we as a league should know in order to best determine your eligibility?
All I participate in anymore are 30 team dynasties. I'm available to talk trade at any time, either via chat, PM, email, however. I reply to every PM I get and often send out my own trade offers.
Please post links to any other leagues you participate in.
Right now just On Deck Circle, MLB Central Dynasty, and Field of Dreams (money 30 team dynasty).
