Should we restrict the reacquisition of un-retired players?

This is a league decision requiring:
A majority of the vote from those responding to the poll to be accepted and written into the rulebook.

The proposal is to add the following into the rule book:

4.17 Acquiring an Un-Retired Player
A player previously part of an approved retirement request may not be re-acquired (whether through trade or free agency) by the team who requested the removal of their contract until after the expiry of the previously removed contract.

By a vote of 11-8, the reacquisition of players whose contracts were removed via retirement will continue to be permitted.
