Should we change the SP/RP ratio?

Should we change the ratio of SP/RP slots to allow teams to start more RP on a daily basis?

With our current active roster configuration of 5 SP and 4 RP, the vast majority of the league have unused active roster spaces on a daily basis.
If the result of this vote is to allow the ability to start more RP in an active roster, further votes will be held to determine the SP/RP configuration and the timelines of the change.

1) Yes, let's allow more RP in the active roster beginning in 2018
2) No, leave the active SP/RP slots as they are
